To protect the reputation of Unusual Style and ensure fair, transparent, and ethical collaborations, all collaborators, promoters, and marketing partners must agree to the following terms:

1. Transparency of Other Marketing Involvements

  • Any applicant or collaborator currently engaged with, representing, or promoting multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid, or recruitment-based programs must disclose this in writing before entering any collaboration with Unusual Style.

  • If this condition is active now, was active in the past, or becomes active at any point in the future, you are not eligible for collaboration under any circumstance. Please discontinue or withdraw your application immediately.

  • Unusual Style reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate any partnership if the structure or behavior of those activities conflicts with our brand ethics, creative vision, or community trust.

2. Affiliate Partnerships (Non-MLM)

  • Legitimate affiliate collaborations with other brands — based purely on transparent product referrals or creative partnerships — are welcome and encouraged, provided they are disclosed upfront.

  • Disclosure allows us to confirm alignment with Unusual Style’s values, visual identity, and storytelling direction before cooperation is approved.

  • All future affiliate or brand partnerships must also be disclosed and updated with us. This allows Unusual Style to reassess at any time whether such collaborations continue to align with our brand’s vision, ethics, and audience standards.

  • Failure to disclose new affiliations or significant changes in external collaborations may result in suspension or termination of the partnership.

3. Good Faith and Human Error

  • We acknowledge that mistakes, miscommunication, or performance issues can occur in good faith. When handled transparently and without intent to deceive, such matters will be treated with understanding and resolved through open communication.

  • Unusual Style values honesty and professionalism above perfection.

4. Intentional Misconduct or Illegal Practices

Unusual Style enforces an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward intentional participation in any illegal activity, whether within or outside professional contexts.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Fraud, harassment, or corruption in any form.

  • Domestic violence or abuse — including any physical, emotional, or psychological harm toward partners, family members, or cohabitants.

  • Violence or threats of violence against any individual, group, or community.

  • Exploitation, human trafficking, or any involvement in coercive or abusive conduct.

  • Deliberate concealment, manipulation, or false representation of personal, legal, or professional status.

  • Knowingly misleading or harmful actions that compromise the safety, dignity, or trust of others.

If any such behavior is discovered — or credible evidence arises — the collaboration will be terminated immediately and permanently.
Unusual Style will pursue all necessary legal actions to protect the brand’s integrity, recover financial or reputational losses, and uphold accountability to the fullest extent of the law.

5. Creative Guidelines and Political Neutrality

  • Collaborators agree to follow Unusual Style’s creative guidelines when featuring our products or imagery to ensure consistency with the brand’s vision, tone, and artistic standards.

  • All Unusual Style images, graphics, and creative materials remain the intellectual property of the brand and may be used only with permission and in line with official visual guidance.

  • Unauthorized modification, misuse, or redistribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.

  • We aren’t divided by politics — we are united by art. Any use of Unusual Style’s imagery, branding, or messaging in a political, discriminatory, or divisive context is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination of cooperation and possible legal action.

6. Confidentiality and Representation

  • All internal communications, unreleased materials, and campaign data shared by Unusual Style are confidential and may not be disclosed or reused without written approval.

  • Affiliates and collaborators are independent partners and not authorized to make representations, promises, or statements on behalf of Unusual Style. Any attempt to do so will be treated as misrepresentation.

7. Active Legal Disputes and Conduct Requirements

  • Individuals currently involved in serious active legal disputes or criminal proceedings — including those related to domestic violence, harassment, assault, or other criminal acts — are not eligible to collaborate with Unusual Style until the final verdict (including appeals) is reached and the individual is officially found not guilty.

  • This rule exists to safeguard our community, maintain credibility, and ensure that all collaborations reflect the respect and responsibility our audience expects.

8. Governing Law and Policy Updates

  • This policy is governed by the laws of Greece and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union. Any dispute arising under these terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.

  • Unusual Style reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Partners will be notified of material changes, and continued collaboration implies acceptance of the revised terms.
