Returns/Exhanges & Refunds (ALL PRODUCTS)
We want you to love your purchase — but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.
First some very important notes.
Customer protection is something we take very seriously. We wouldn' t like to be taken advantage of as consumers and we would NEVER expect you to tolerate that kind of behavior.
We sell in many regions of the world, each with their own approach to e-commerce. Right now, the E.U. has the strictest rules — and because we are certain of our PREMIUM product quality and by inspecting them by a three step quality control, we happily apply this highest protective policy to every customer, regardless of their region's laws and possibility for us to do otherwise.
Even so, keep in mind: not even E.U. law justifies the value loss of returned or exchanged items that are no longer in original condition. So:
In line with E.U. consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 14.2), customers may return items within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL CONDITION — unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
If an item is returned showing signs of use beyond what is necessary to try it on or inspect it (for example: worn outside, washed, or damaged), If an item is returned with clear signs of wear, washing, or misuse, your refund will be reduced significantly and in some cases drastically — to reflect the lost value.
This rule exists specifically to prevent abuse of item usage, and it is fully supported by E.U. law.
If this is NOT your case, you will witness an Unusual level of attention to your unique situation, guaranteeing your rights as a customer — and even going beyond them.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying their own return shipping. Please ship to the fulfillment center address provided after your return is approved.
Types Of Returns
1) Defective Item Received.
If the item you received is defective, there is a 24 day window to contact us contact our customer support at contact@unusual.style but please do that as soon as possible. Here’s what to do:
• Provide a detailed description of the issue.
• Include clear photos of the defective item.
We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days (depending on support volume).
While quality issues are extremely rare, we take them seriously. If your case is approved, we will refund both:
• the full item price you paid.
• the return shipping cost (you’ll receive instructions and the return address via email).
2) Returns OR Exchanges For Any Other Reason.
If you’d like to return or exchange an item for any reason other than a defect (e.g., wrong size, a change of mind), contact us first within 14 days of the delivery date at contact@unusual.style. Before proceeding, please ensure:
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original mint condition.
• You can provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Once your return is approved and we receive the item:
• We’ll send you the replacement item free of charge.
• However, return shipping costs are not refunded and must be covered by the customer.
Important: If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to process your return or exchange.
Incorrect or Unclaimed Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed from the local post office, we will contact you. You will be responsible for the new shipping costs if you would like the order to be reshipped. We do not offer refunds for items returned due to incorrect or unclaimed delivery.
