Here are some common causes:

1) Confirmation email sent but not visible


Sometimes emails land in Spam, Promotions,or Updates folders.
Please check these as well.

2) Payment didn’t fully go through

If the card form didn’t load correctly or the checkout never reached the “Thank you for your order” page, the system cannot send a confirmation email.

Please disable automatic translation or switch your device/browser to English and refresh. Mobile auto-translation can interfere with secure payment fields.

3) 3D Secure / OTP code didn’t arrive

Some banks delay the verification SMS.
Wait 30–60 seconds and retry.

If the code never arrives, approve the payment through your bank’s mobile app or try another card.

4) The payment continues to fail


Try one of the following:
-Switch to another browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
-Disable VPN/ad-blockers.
-Try from another device.
-Try a different card.

Yes. Every order comes with full tracking, including a live map view that shows your package’s journey in real time.

And while you’ll receive regular email updates, we strongly suggest using the live tracking feature for the most accurate status.

We offer at User HubTrack Order a dedicated page to order tracking. To track your order, either:

-Enter your order number + email or
-Enter your tracking number.

Yes. This Is normal for international Shipments.

Most international packages switch from the export courier to your local postal carrier for final delivery.
When this hand-off happens, a new local tracking number appears under “More details” or “See full tracking.”
Use that number on your local carrier’s site. Updates may take 24–72 hours after transfer.

Why tracking may look stuck:

• Once a parcel shows “Item sent abroad,” it enters an international transit gap.
• Carriers cannot scan a package mid-flight or while it moves between postal systems.
• A 3–10 day period with no new updates is normal.
• The next scan appears only when your local postal service receives and processes the package.

This does not indicate a delay.

How to check:

1. Open your original tracking link.
2. Tap More details / Full tracking.
3. Copy the local tracking number.
4. Track it on your national carrier’s website.

Contact us if:

• No scans for 5 business days after arrival in your country
• A missed delivery notice appears
• A customs hold or address issue shows

Notes:

• Domestic orders don’t involve international hand-offs; delays are usually due to weather, volume, or local routing.

• After a failed delivery attempt, parcels are typically held for a limited period (around two weeks, depending on country) before being returned to sender — so it’s best to act quickly once a notice appears.

Most orders ship within 2–5 business days after production begins.

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as it leaves our facility.

Please enter your name and address in Latin letters to avoid shipping issues.

If not, don’t worry — we’ll correct it manually.

Orders can be edited, replaced, or cancelled directly through the “Edit Order” link in your confirmation email or on your order status page.

Edits remain available up to 1 hour after placement.

If you need to fix something, please update your order while the edit window is still open — once fulfillment starts, changes are no longer possible.

(After dispatch, orders can’ t be modified).

Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging.

We ’ll review and send a replacement as soon as possible.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.
