Order Cancellation
You may request changes or cancel your order after submission, provided it has not yet entered the fulfillment stage. To ensure we can accommodate your request, please contact our customer support contact@unusual.style as soon as possible. Kindly understand that during periods of high inquiry volumes, there may be delays in processing order modifications, which could affect our ability to cancel your order in time.
Fulfillment Locations
The fulfillment facilities are based in the 🇺🇸 U.S.A. and in the 🇪🇺 E.U. Some items in our catalog are fulfilled exclusively in the 🇺🇸 U.S.A. (indication on the product page). If your order includes one of these products, the entire order will be shipped from the U.S.A.
International Address Notice
Some international carriers can’t process non-Latin characters (such as Japanese, Korean, Chinese, or Cyrillic) correctly. To ensure smooth delivery, we may transliterate or adjust parts of your address into the Latin alphabet when required by the carrier’s system.
This adjustment never changes the actual destination — it simply helps prevent shipping errors or delays during customs and transit.
Split Shipments
To get your items to you faster, your order may arrive in separate packages — especially if some items are fulfilled earlier than others. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Processing Time & Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.
We are actively working to expand our facilities to other regions in the future to improve delivery times and accessibility worldwide.
Each item is made to order. After your purchase, your order enters our fulfillment queue and is typically processed within 1–2 business days (it’s separate from shipping time).
Processing times apply to business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
After the order has completed fulfillment, it is followed by a shipping time of 2–5 Business days (in many cases, items are ready to ship even faster).
Important! Shipping outside the 🇺🇸 U.S.A. and 🇪🇺 E.U. may take longer transit times due to customs clearance procedures and regional logistics. In such cases, please allow a few additional days for international delivery due to customs processing or regional logistics. Some regions such as Canada and Australia tend to have the longest delivery times due to a combination of cross-border procedures and regional carrier delays, 15 - 18 days on average.
Seasonal Delays:
During peak times like late July–August, winter holidays, and the holiday season, fulfillment and shipping may take longer due to high demand and courier delays.
While we always strive to ship as quickly as possible, these seasonal factors are beyond our direct control. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
